COMPLETE A SERVICE APPLICATION

COBALT requires a completed online service application from your nonprofit organization, foundation, or project, which allows us to learn more about your charitable mission, location, expected expenses, and other related items. The application is free, non-binding, and takes roughly 5-10 minutes to complete. A COBALT staff member will reply to your application within 1-2 business days.

INTRODUCTION CALL WITH A COBALT REPRESENTATIVE

Once your application has been submitted and approved, a COBALT staff member will contact you to schedule an introductory video or phone call. We love putting a name to a face!

During this call, COBALT will confirm and clarify information about your project, including how you learned about the company, your mission, how operations are conducted, the status of your current bookkeeping (whether they are just starting out, in good standing, or in poor health), your expected funding sources and frequency, as well as any other questions that could further help us find a bespoke solution for your charitable organization. Additionally, A COBALT staff member will provide an overview of the company’s service offerings and what that fee structure would look like.

DETERMINE AGREEMENT SIGNING RESPONSIBILITIES

For COBALT to be able to send you a management services agreement, it needs to be established who will have signing responsibility within your organization.

SIGN AGREEMENT VIA DOCUSIGN

You will be emailed the services agreement via DocuSign, which includes the following additional attachments:

Exhibit A (The Protocols)

Exhibit B (Event Budget and Summary Form),

Onboarding Implementation Fee

A Cobalt Project Management team member will contact you via a welcome email with the next steps after the agreement is executed by both parties
